The Client Asset Manager will be responsible for project management and tracking of client’s assets to include coordinating the shipping and returns to the client. You must also perform IT functions like formatting drives and re-imaging client machines to the client standard image before they can be reassigned to new team members. Record laptops as analysts no longer on the engagement send them back by marking the laptop ID number on a tracker as “In Storage”.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hard Wipe all laptops that are sent back from analysts.
  • Place all client laptops in IT storage room.
  • Record laptops being shipped out to analyst as assigned to that analyst on the laptop tracker.
  • Submit ticket to IT to ship out laptops
  • Prepare laptops for shipping
    • Place name of analyst on the laptop that it needs to be sent to with a sticky note. This is pulled from the laptop tracker.
    • Include two-way authentication hardware in packaging for machines that don’t have them already
    • Include appropriate charger for specific machine
    • Include USB to USB-C convertor for USB machines so the (USB-C) will fit
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Education Requirements

  • Associate's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field
  • Several years experience in asset management or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change fluidly, able to influence and identify opportunities
