The Customer Solutions Director is responsible for developing new business and for influencing product strategy. This role combines deep knowledge of Financial Crimes programs with deep domain knowledge of the technology and analytics utilized to accelerate and enhance Financial Crimes operations.

The role is client-facing, and seeks to configure and communicate solutions that clients are excited to leverage in their operations. This role is also accountable for partnering with the Tech and Product teams to continuously evolve product strategy, by synthesizing the overarching business strategy and product vision with the technical capabilities and customer requirements. The scope includes all of AML RightSource’s technology solutions, including those for KYC, Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, and Adverse Media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to develop new business, with both existing clients and new prospects, and across multiple areas of a Financial Crimes program. This will leverage AML expertise to explain how and why the platform can add value for our clients, including sales discussions and product demos with clients.
  • Enable customers to see the value of our solutions and how easily they can be utilized within their ecosystem, including customer proofs-of-concept
  • Hands-on client-facing lead for solution design, system configuration, test (proof of concept) design and execution, and analyst training
  • Work with client to configure and tune solutions, and to create excellent customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate the development and growth of our innovative Investigative platform and related marketing and sales materials
  • Partner with Tech and Product teams to develop, drive and execute on product strategy
  • Develop a team to enable growth and scale the division
  • Act in a way that demonstrates deep personal integrity and serves as a positive example of why others should trust the organization
  • Effectively collaborate with teams from across the business and at all levels of the organization
  • 5+ years in Financial Crimes, preferably in both Operational and Technology-oriented roles
  • Ability to articulate the value of our solutions in a highly compelling manner to customers. This draws from experience in selling to or managing key areas of a Financial Crimes program. Also includes the ability to translate technical details in an easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in shaping strategy and executing through multiple phases of business growth
  • Experience with design thinking, and working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams
  • Proven track record of developing and leading teams
  • Great communication skills
