The FCA team is a full-service Advisory practice, helping clients improve their Financial Crimes programs to meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML / Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. The opportunity to work with our experienced team and access to industry best practices make this an excellent learning opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Familiar with invoicing and billing
  • The employee shall review and adhere to the terms of all firm policies and agreement terms during employment and applicable policy and agreement terms after employment ends. The employee shall also review, sign and adhere to all company acknowledgments regarding policies and employment agreements.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office support systems and programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with Mavenlink and Netsuite Software a plus
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
