Job Description

This role forms part of the web and MI team reporting to the lead Web and Hubspot specialist. The role will actively work across the entire marketing team helping put into place clear measurement of the marketing activity including the use of our HubSpot CRM and marketing system (website CMS and sales CRM).

This role will involve:

  • Produce MI and analysis reporting on all website activity for your line. Manager, the Web and HubSpot specialist and their manager the Senior Brand Experience Manager.
  • Develop MI reporting and analysis on other marketing and sales funnel activity for the Head of Brand, Head of Growth and their senior director reports which includes the Senior Brand Communications Manager, Senior Business Partner for US and for EMEA region.
  • Support in developing out dashboards and other appropriate MI support that integrates marketing with the rest of the business (including but not limited to the BI team at group).

This role will requires a details orientated MI Marketing Analyst who has experience in dealing with HubSpot and multi-channel marketing activity.  They will have experience in providing advice to marketers and communiation professionals in what to track and how to track it as well as turning that data into highly visual reports that allow compelling insights and recommendations to be identified.

In this role you will:

  • Analyse HubSpot and marketing campaign data.
  • Product reporting for all levels of management on campaign and marketing performance.
  • Suggest opportunities to optimise marketing activity to improve ROI.
  • Work on projects assigned to you by the SVP, Head of Brand, Senior Brand Experience Manager and your line manager the Web and HubSpot specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyse campaign performance.
  • Generate marketing performance reporting across all teams.
  • Produce insights from the reporting that marketing teams can use to make decisions.
  • Participate in assigned project roles both within marketing and outside the team.

Requirements:

  • Highly numeric marketing analysts with extensive knowledge of the marketing funnel.
  • Experience in using the HubSpot CRM and CMS system for generation of insights.
  • Highly experience in excel to produce non-CRM analytics and reports.
  • Experience in analysis both B2B marketing and multi-channel, ideally in a technology and or professional/financial services environment.
  • Great attention to detail ensuring the quality of work is the highest caliber possible.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in an appropriate subject or relevant experience.
