Summary:

The Senior Manager, Employee Engagement and Development is responsible for evolving and advancing the company’s culture and team member engagement. In this role you will influence and engage Senior Leaders, team members and other key stakeholders to champion culture, company mission, and employee value proposition across the organization.

A large function of this role will be responsible for the global design and execution of enterprise learning solutions. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design of learning programs having leveraged a variety of online, hybrid, and in-person modalities. This individual will partner with key stakeholders from across the business to understand the needs of new and existing supervisors in an effort to design and deploy the appropriate level of programming.

You will own and execute strategies, foster relationships within all levels of the organization, and be responsible for creating a thriving and engaged workforce paired to a strategically designed workspace strategy. The successful candidate will partner with HR, Communications and Business Leaders to strategize about creating training and development programs that will attract, retain, and grow our talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive employee onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition for new hires
  • Continuously provides the organization with support and training on developing a better understanding of desired engagement practices and tools to improve managerial procedures and work environment
  • Take a data-driven approach to culture, engagement, and retention which includes owning (and iterating upon) our existing framework and new framework to continuously measure the impact and effectiveness of related programs
  • Create and implements comprehensive wellness program and strategies to succeed at our goal of making healthy, well-balanced, resilient workforce
  • Provides analysis and insights from engagement survey results that lead to identifying and solving existing issues
  • Continuously provides the organization with support and training on developing a better understanding of desired engagement practices and tools to improve managerial procedures and work environment
  • Responsible for the oversight of various engagement platforms and tools
  • Develops and coordinates employee events, rewards, and recognition programs to foster a world class employee experience and commitment to our core values and performance driven culture
 Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ year of experience in program management, HR, Employee Relations or development of learning & training programs
  • Experienced in the development and delivery of Adult Learning programs
  • Demonstrated leadership supported by strategic thinking and cross-functional execution
  • Strong oral communication skills and ability to produce narrative and written summarizations clearly synthesizing recommendations and conclusions
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, establishing cooperative and collaborative working relationships
