As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support the talent acquisition and the employee onboarding process. You will be involved in many aspects of our hiring process, including reaching out to potential candidates, partnering with recruiters, working with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews. In addition, you will engage with employees and internal partners to provide guidance on general HR related questions, and provide transactional support in our Applicant Tracking System.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks associated with full life cycle recruitment 
  • Review and post job descriptions to Applicant Tracking System (ATS), career websites, job boards, and university websites
  • Manage ATS reporting and metrics
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Prepare offer letters, initiate background check/drug screen and support additional onboarding activities to ensure seamless transition for candidates
  • Assist team with sourcing and screening applicants when needed
  • Obtain required documentation from employees to ensure applications are processed timely and candidate are updated frequently
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver new hire welcome documents
  • Support the coordination of bringing a new employee onboard
  • Liaise with payroll, finance, IT, to set up new employees in the system in time for start dates
  • Be an on-going resource to provide employee support and troubleshoot questions
  • Be well versed in the company’s benefits to provide information and support for staff
  • Manage, schedule and track compliance on key new hire check ins to support inclusion and engagement of new hires

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a Human Resources, administrative or customer service field
  • Experience with ATS or HRIS system
