Employee Spotlight: Arlene Eley

We are very excited to highlight a staff member each month from our team of superb employees.

AML RightSource May Employee Spotlight: meet Arlene Eley! Ms. Eley is the Human Resources Business Partner in our Mississauga Office and provides strategic human resource support and counsel to the management team and employees in that office. Ms. Eley is a Certified Human Resources Professional and has her Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Majoring in Human Resource Management, from the University of Ottawa.

Ms. Eley joined AML RightSource in June of 2019 and has been instrumental in ensuring that our Canadian office is compliant with Canadian legislation and practices surrounding all aspects of Human Resources. As part of her role in the firm she works closely with the Canadian Management team overseeing the smooth day to day running of the Mississauga office and ensuring she is always there to assist employees with any questions or concerns they may have not matter how big or small.

Outside of work, Arlene keeps busy with her three active teenage children in their competitive sports. When not attending her kids sporting events she enjoys catching up with friends, watching movies and traveling when possible. Professionally, she enjoys attending employment law seminars to keep up to date with new trends in the HR world and earning credits towards maintaining her professional HR designation.
