Don also talks about the value of Bank Secrecy Act data, the importance of suspicious activity reports, and how all reports are analyzed and reviewed by the Internal Revenue Service’s Criminal Investigation Division.

This year marks 100 years since IRS CI is been in existence. John and Don talk about changes in financial crime over the past century, and explore some of the similarities with crimes committed at the start of the IRS CI as they relate to crimes today.
