No purchase necessary. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Prize raffle sponsored by AML RightSource, LLC (the “Promoter"). By entering the raffle you agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition. The "Prize" refers to one (1) SMEG Fully Automatic Espresso Machine. Only one entry per person. All entries must be received by 11:30 AM, PT on October 4, 2023.  Promoter will randomly select one (1) winner on October 10, 2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry. Employees of Promoter are not eligible to enter. SMEG is not in any way affiliated with Promotor or the raffle. Only one entry per person. Entrants enter the raffle by providing their contact information (including name, email address, job title, company name, and management level) at [INSERT LANDING PAGE LINK]. Promoter will not be held liable if the Prize becomes damaged, unavailable, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled. Promotor may substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. Promoter is not liable for lost, untimely, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries. Promotor may cancel, suspend, or modify the terms of the Prize raffle, including in the event of circumstances outside Promotor’s control that interfere with the proper administration of terms and/or raffle. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Promoter’s liability with respect to the raffle or these terms and conditions is limited to Promotor’s cost price of the Prize; Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, cost, expense, or other loss suffered by a participant even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by Promotor, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Promoter may cancel, modify or suspend the raffle or these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, with or without notice to entrants.
