John Fogarty is a veteran financial crime investigator and compliance executive with deep experience across Australia and Asia. John contributed greatly to the maturing of Australia’s financial crime regime and community through practical implementation, tireless work with his C-Suite colleagues, effective collaboration with regulators and law enforcement, while leading the education of young talent for the benefit of the wider industry and stability of the financial system, all in parallel with the pressure of his own C-Suite positions.
John’s perspective is shaped by his desire and vision for global cooperation and for data and information exchange to be, one day, borderless so that the prevention of financial crime is truly effective and its frameworks are sustainable.
