Vaibhav joined AML RightSource in 2019 and in four short years has been promoted from Analyst I to Senior Analyst II.
A reason he was promoted was in part due to his client-centric work on our U.S. Bank engagement.
During his time on the U.S. Bank-KYC team, Vaibhav has been integral to the success of the Corporate Commercial Banking (CCB) work. CCB's portfolio includes high-profile clients like large businesses, and major federal and city government entities. As such, ensuring the success of the CCB engagement was crucial to the client.
When the task of executing the KYC uplift for these key CCB customers came up, the client requested staffing by top performers, and Vaibhav was selected. His responsibilities involved reviewing accounts and directly reaching out to these customers if needed. It was a complex task, but Vaibhav navigated it with unmatched professionalism and independence.
But his contributions didn't stop there. He took the initiative to explain the entire uplift process to the bank's own leadership team, offering invaluable suggestions to expedite case progression and streamline the process. His insights and leadership were instrumental in the success of this project.
