Automated Recertification Process—We automated the recertification process end-to-end. By integrating Status with the client’s existing systems, real-time data on certification statuses was leveraged to trigger workflows based on predefined rules. The system proactively notified the appropriate stakeholders, whether a third party needed to complete a training module or a vendor required updated documentation. This automation significantly reduced compliance gaps minimized manual workload, and allowed the client’s resources to focus on strategic initiatives rather than administrative tracking.
