Alexandra Lugo

Alexandra oversees our legal affairs and advises the company on all aspects of compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. She has extensive experience advising boards, leadership, and human resources teams on federal, state, and local law. Alexandra received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
